Long handled brush

For over a hundred years, visually impaired craftsmen and women at SRF Hantverk in Sweden

have been making brushes by hand, according to an old 19th Century tradition. This brush is produced entirely from natural materials. Birch, oak or beech wood is used for handles and the wooden grips, and horsehair, goat hair and various vegetable fibres are used for the bristles,

depending on what the brush is to be used for. This one is horsehair. Today, as always,

the focus at SRF Hantverk is on functional design, carefully selected natural

materials and expert craftsmanship
