Named after Ned Kellys armour helmet. These fine, non-laminated, cutting/serving boards have been made in the European tradition spiced with an Australian flavour! Each of these Ned's Plats, cutting, serving, cheese boards, have been made from a single piece of specially selected quarter-sawn timber which helps reduce any cupping tendancy. They may be washed (although never soak) without fear of de-lamination. To butter the toast on, slice the onion, crush the garlic, place the cheese or whack the blowfly with!
